Once a product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

✅ Check Before Accepting

Customers are allowed and encouraged to check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the product:

  • You can return it immediately to the delivery person.

  • Return must be made on the spot.

  • You must pay the delivery charge for the return.

❌ Refund Policy

As we do not accept returns after delivery, no refunds will be provided once the product is accepted by the customer.
